3. Im achten Jahr seiner Herrschaft fing er an, obwohl er noch jung war, den Gott seines Vaters David zu suchen, und im zwölften Jahr fing er an, Juda und Jerusalem zu reinigen von den Opferhöhen und den Bildern der Aschera, von den Götzen und gegossenen Bildern.
