17. Da führte er gegen sie heran den König der Chaldäer und ließ ihre junge Mannschaft mit dem Schwert erschlagen im Hause ihres Heiligtums und verschonte weder die Jünglinge noch die Jungfrauen, weder die Alten noch die Greise; alle gab er sie in seine Hand.
