31. daß die Juden unter dem Schutz der Straflosigkeit ihren eignen Tempeldienst und ihre eignen Gesetze ganz wie früher halten dürfen und daß niemand unter ihnen irgendwie für Ungesetzlichkeiten belangt werden soll, die er aus Unkenntnis begangen hat.
