16. Jedes Land aber und jede Stadt, die dies Gebot nicht halten, die sollen mit Schwert und Feuer vertilgt werden, so daß weder Mensch noch Tier noch Vogel hinfort darin wohnen können, zum warnenden Beispiel, wie Verachtung und Ungehorsam bestraft werden.
