29. Ist aber das Rind zuvor stößig gewesen und seinem Besitzer war's bekannt und er hat das Rind nicht verwahrt und es tötet nun einen Mann oder eine Frau, so soll man das Rind steinigen, und sein Besitzer soll sterben.
