12. Fremde hieben ihn um, die Gewalttätigsten unter den Völkern, und ließen ihn liegen. Seine Äste fielen auf die Berge und in alle Täler, und seine Zweige lagen zerbrochen an allen Bächen im Lande, so daß alle Völker auf Erden wegziehen mußten und ihn liegen ließen, weil er keinen Schatten mehr gab.
