17. Wenn er aber einem seiner Großen von seinem Erbteil etwas schenkt, so sollen sie es besitzen bis zum Jahr der Freilassung, und dann soll es an den Fürsten wieder zurückfallen; nur der Anteil seiner Söhne soll diesen verbleiben.
