6. Als nun Achior sah, wie mächtig der Gott Israels geholfen hatte, verließ er die heidnischen Bräuche, glaubte an Gott und ließ sich beschneiden. Er wurde in das Volk Israel aufgenommen, er und alle seine Nachkommen, bis auf den heutigen Tag.
