20. Wenn ein Mann bei einer Frau liegt, die eine leibeigne Magd ist und einem Mann zur Ehe bestimmt, doch nicht losgekauft oder freigelassen ist, so soll das bestraft werden. Aber sie sollen nicht sterben, denn sie ist nicht frei gewesen.
