23. Als aber Ahithophel sah, daß sein Rat nicht ausgeführt ward, sattelte er seinen Esel, machte sich auf und zog heim in seine Stadt und beschickte sein Haus und erhängte sich und starb und ward begraben in seines Vaters Grab.
