9. Bei jedem Falle von Veruntreuung betreffs eines Ochsen, eines Esels, eines Stückes Kleinvieh, eines Kleides, betreffs alles Verlorenen, wovon man sagt: "das ist es", soll beider Sache vor die Richter kommen; wen die Richter schuldig sprechen, der soll seinem Nächsten das Doppelte erstatten. -
