13. So sei nun dem König kundgetan, daß, wenn diese Stadt wieder aufgebaut wird, und die Mauern vollendet werden, sie Steuer, Zoll und Weggeld nicht mehr geben werden, und solches schließlich die Könige benachteiligen wird.
