19. Und von mir ist Befehl gegeben worden, und man hat nachgesucht und gefunden, daß diese Stadt von den Tagen der Vorzeit her sich wider die Könige aufgelehnt hat, und daß Aufruhr und Empörung in ihr gestiftet worden sind.
