7. Von den Tagen unserer Väter an sind wir in großer Schuld gewesen bis auf diesen Tag; und um unserer Missetaten willen sind wir, wir, unsere Könige, unsere Priester, der Hand der Könige der Länder übergeben worden, dem Schwerte, der Gefangenschaft und dem Raube und der Beschämung des Angesichts, wie es an diesem Tage ist.
