14. Und es geschah, als der König von Ai es sah, da eilten die Männer der Stadt und machten sich früh auf und zogen hinaus, Israel entgegen zum Streit, er und all sein Volk, an den bestimmten Ort, vor der Ebene. Er wußte aber nicht, daß ihm im Rücken der Stadt ein Hinterhalt gelegt war.
