1. David aber dachte in seinem Herzen: Ich werde doch eines Tages durch die Hand Sauls weggerafft werden! Es gibt nichts Besseres für mich, als daß ich eilends in das Land der Philister entfliehe; dann wird Saul davon ablassen, mich künftig in allen Gebieten Israels zu suchen, [und] so werde ich seiner Hand entkommen!
