9. Absalom aber wurde von den Knechten Davids gesehen. Absalom ritt nämlich auf dem Maultier. Als nun das Maultier unter die dichten Zweige einer großen Terebinthe kam, da blieb er mit dem Kopf in der Terebinthe hängen, so daß er zwischen Himmel und Erde schwebte, denn das Maultier lief unter ihm weg.
