13. Und Gad kam zu David und ließ es ihn wissen und sprach zu ihm: Willst du, daß sieben Jahre Hungersnot in dein Land kommen, oder daß du drei Monate lang vor deinen Widersachern fliehen mußt, während sie dich verfolgen, oder daß drei Tage lang die Pest in deinem Land ist? So besinne dich nun und sieh, welche Antwort ich dem geben soll, der mich gesandt hat!
