2. Da versammelten sich die Juden in ihren Städten, in sämtlichen Provinzen des Königs Ahasveros, um Hand an die zu legen, die nach ihrem Verderben trachteten, und niemand konnte ihnen widerstehen; denn die Furcht vor ihnen war auf alle Völker gefallen.
