13. Niemandes Hand soll ihn anrühren, sonst soll derjenige unbedingt gesteinigt oder erschossen werden; es sei ein Tier oder ein Mensch, er soll nicht am Leben bleiben. Wenn aber das Horn anhaltend ertönt, dann sollen sie zum Berg kommen!
