2. Wer hat vom Aufgang her den erweckt, dem Gerechtigkeit begegnet auf Schritt und Tritt? Wer gibt Völker vor ihm hin und unterwirft ihm Könige? Er macht sie wie Staub vor seinem Schwert, wie verwehte Stoppeln vor seinem Bogen.
