4. Da sprachen die Fürsten zum König: Dieser Mann muß endlich getötet werden; denn damit macht er nur die Hände der Kriegsleute schlaff, die in dieser Stadt noch übriggebliebenen sind, und auch die Hände des ganzen Volkes, weil er solche Worte an sie richtet; denn dieser Mensch sucht nicht das Wohl, sondern das Unglück dieses Volkes!
