21. oder schlägt er ihn aus Feindschaft mit seiner Hand, so daß er stirbt, so soll der, welcher ihn geschlagen hat, unbedingt getötet werden, denn er ist ein Totschläger. Der Bluträcher soll den Totschläger töten, wenn er ihn antrifft.
