22. Die als Torwächter an den Schwellen ausersehen waren, zählten insgesamt 212 Mann. Sie hatten sich in ihren Dörfern in die Stammeslisten eingetragen und waren von David und dem Seher Samuel in ihr Amt eingesetzt worden.
