Sie machte ein Gelübde und sagte: Herr der Heere, wenn du das Elend deiner Magd wirklich ansiehst, wenn du an mich denkst und deine Magd nicht vergißt und deiner Magd einen männlichen Nachkommen schenkst, dann will ich ihn für sein ganzes Leben dem Herrn überlassen; kein Schermesser soll an sein Haupt kommen.
