12. Er wird sie zu Obersten über (Abteilungen von) Tausend und zu Führern über (Abteilungen von) Fünfzig machen. Sie müssen sein Ackerland pflügen und seine Ernte einbringen. Sie müssen seine Kriegsgeräte und die Ausrüstung seiner Streitwagen anfertigen.
