2. Joschafat verschwägerte sich mit Ahab. Als er nach einigen Jahren zu Ahab nach Samaria kam, ließ Ahab für ihn und seine Leute eine Menge Schafe und Rinder schlachten und überredete ihn, gegen Ramot-Gilead in den Krieg zu ziehen.
