14. Danach baute er draußen an der Davidstadt eine Mauer, die im Tal westlich vom Gihon gegen das Fischtor lief, so daß er den Ofel umschloß; er machte sie sehr hoch. Auch bestellte er Kriegsoberste für alle befestigten Städte Judas.
