21. Da ließ Joram selbst anspannen. Man machte seinen Wagen bereit, und Joram, der König von Israel, und Ahasja, der König von Juda, fuhren, jeder auf seinem Wagen, Jehu entgegen. Sie trafen ihn beim Acker Nabots aus Jesreel.
