39. In der Stadt aber verging sich Lysimachus mit Wissen des Menelaus mehrmals am Tempelschatz. Als sich das Gerücht davon weit verbreitete, rottete sich das Volk gegen Lysimachus zusammen. Viele goldene Geräte waren schon verschleppt worden.
