1. Um die Jahreswende, zu der Zeit, in der die Könige in den Krieg ziehen, schickte David den Joab mit seinen Männern und ganz Israel aus, und sie verwüsteten das Land der Ammoniter und belagerten Rabba. David selbst aber blieb in Jerusalem.
