17. Aber Abischai, der Sohn der Zeruja, kam David zu Hilfe und schlug den Philister tot. Damals leisteten die Männer Davids ihm folgenden Schwur: Du wirst nicht mehr mit uns in den Kampf ziehen, damit du nicht die Leuchte Israels auslöschst.
