2. In seiner Weinlaune nun ließ Belschazzar die goldenen und silbernen Gefäße holen, die sein Vater Nebukadnezzar aus dem Tempel in Jerusalem mitgenommen hatte. Jetzt sollten der König und seine Großen, seine Frauen und Nebenfrauen daraus trinken.
