16. dann darf er, wenn er sein Erbe unter seine Söhne verteilt, den Sohn der geliebten Frau nicht als Erstgeborenen behandeln und damit gegen das Recht des wirklichen Erstgeborenen, des Sohnes der ungeliebten Frau, verstoßen.
