13. Keine Hand soll den Berg berühren. Wer es aber tut, soll gesteinigt oder mit Pfeilen erschossen werden; ob Tier oder Mensch, niemand darf am Leben bleiben. Erst wenn das Horn ertönt, dürfen sie auf den Berg steigen.
