10. dann soll ein Eid beim Namen des Herrn Klarheit darüber schaffen, daß der eine sich nicht am Eigentum des andern vergriffen hat. Der Eigentümer soll an sich nehmen, was noch da ist, ohne daß der andere Ersatz zu leisten hätte.
