3. Nur der Fürst darf, weil er der Fürst ist, sich dort niedersetzen, um vor den Augen des Herrn die Opfermahlzeit abzuhalten. Dabei soll er von der Vorhalle des Tores aus eintreten und auf dem gleichen Weg wieder hinausgehen.
