4. Er spricht Recht im Streit der Völker, er weist viele Nationen zurecht. Dann schmieden sie Pflugscharen aus ihren Schwertern und Winzermesser aus ihren Lanzen. Man zieht nicht mehr das Schwert, Volk gegen Volk, und übt nicht mehr für den Krieg.
