4. Du bist die Zuflucht der Schwachen, die Zuflucht der Armen in ihrer Not; du bietest ihnen ein Obdach bei Regen und Sturm und Schatten bei glühender Hitze. Denn der Sturm der Gewaltigen ist wie ein Regenguß im Winter, wie die Hitze im trockenen Land.
