16. Deshalb verschont der Herr weder die Männer, noch hat er mit den Witwen und Waisen Erbarmen. Denn alle sind ruchlos und böse; aus jedem Mund kommt verruchtes Geschwätz. Doch bei all dem läßt sein Zorn nicht nach, seine Hand bleibt ausgestreckt.
