12. Geh hin, ruf diese Worte gegen Norden, und sprich: Kehr zurück, Israel, du Abtrünnige - Spruch des Herrn! Ich schaue dich nicht mehr zornig an; denn ich bin gütig - Spruch des Herrn -, ich trage nicht ewig nach.
