18. So wollten sie den Chaldäern entkommen; denn sie hatten Angst vor ihnen, weil Jischmael, der Sohn Netanjas, Gedalja, den Sohn Ahikams, erschlagen hatte, den der König von Babel als Statthalter im Land eingesetzt hatte.
