11. Schon von weitem rief Judit den Wächtern am Tor zu: Öffnet, öffnet schnell das Tor! Gott ist mit uns, ja, unser Gott ist mit uns. Er offenbart in Israel seine segensreiche Macht, an unseren Feinden aber seine strafende Gewalt. Das hat er auch heute bewiesen.
