3. Der Priester soll das Übel auf der Haut untersuchen. Wenn das Haar an der kranken Stelle weiß wurde und die Stelle tiefer als die übrige Haut liegt, ist es Aussatz. Nachdem der Priester das Übel untersucht hat, soll er den Erkrankten für unrein erklären.
