28. Bringt er die nötigen Mittel für diese Ersatzleistung nicht auf, dann soll der verkaufte Grund bis zum Jubeljahr im Besitz des Käufers bleiben. Im Jubeljahr wird das Grundstück frei, und es kommt wieder zu seinem Besitz.
