21. oder wenn er ihn in feindlicher Absicht mit der Hand so schlägt, daß er stirbt, dann soll der, der zugeschlagen hat, mit dem Tod bestraft werden; er ist ein Mörder. Der Bluträcher darf den Mörder töten, sobald er ihn trifft.
