1. [Ein Wallfahrtslied.] Herr, mein Herz ist nicht stolz, nicht hochmütig blicken meine Augen. Ich gehe nicht um mit Dingen, die mir zu wunderbar und zu hoch sind.
  
2. Ich ließ meine Seele ruhig werden und still; wie ein kleines Kind bei der Mutter ist meine Seele still in mir.
  
3. Israel, harre auf den Herrn von nun an bis in Ewigkeit!
