16. Ja kui prohvet temale nõnda ütles, vastas Amasja temale: 'Kas me oleme pannud sinu kuningale nõuandjaks? Jäta järele! Miks peaks sind maha löödama?' Prohvet peatus ja ütles: 'Ma tean, et Jumal on võtnud nõuks sind hävitada, sellepärast et sa teed nõnda ega võta kuulda minu nõu.'
