11. Ta tühistas juutidele antud kuninglikud vabadused, mis olid saadud Johannese vahendusel, kes oli selle Eupolemose isa, kes oli läkitatud sõlmima sõprust ja lepingut roomlastega. Kaotades seadusepärased korraldused, seadis ta sisse uusi seadusevastaseid kombeid.
