9. vaata, siis ma toon kõik põhjamaa suguvõsad, ütleb Issand, ja läkitan käsu Paabeli kuningale Nebukadnetsarile, oma sulasele, ja toon nemad selle maa ja ta elanike vastu, ja kõigi nende ümberkaudsete rahvaste vastu. Ja ma hävitan nad ning teen nad jubeduseks ja pilkealuseks ning igavesteks varemeteks.
